You acknowledge and agree that your data will be processed on our servers which may not be located in your country or region of residence and can be accessed by our support, engineering and our affiliates around the world. No matter where our servers are located, we will make great efforts to take the appropriate safeguards to guarantee your rights in conformity with this Privacy Policy and any applicable laws and regulations.

12. How long do we keep your information?

We will keep your information as long as reasonable and necessary for providing service to you. Generally, it is for the lifetime of your use of our service. But in some jurisdictions, we are legally required to keep some information longer. In addition to that, we need to keep the records of your payments, without your financial information, use of virtual currency and items, and consumer service for the period of statute of limitations in your jurisdiction.
